As a poll operator, I want to be able to edit poll
The poll operator must be able to edit poll. After clicking on the edit button, the poll operator can
modify name, design of poll add one or more questions delete one or more questions modify parameters of poll parameter one or more question add, modify or delete description add, modify or delete image.
By placing the mouse cursor in a field, the poll operator must be able to edit the poll's name.
