What happened: If you buy a weapon in Ammunation, it will show a serial number assigned to the weapon (not sure if these are unique like they should be). It should be able to be ran in the MDT to find the owner of that serial number. PD weapons should also work the same and come back to the officer who purchased it. Not sure how we will handle serial numbers for weapons obtained through other means such as taco?
