Not sure where to post this question so I will try here.

Is there any GUI or plan to create a GUI that will automatically generate the 
configuration file?

If not, we will consider creating a GUI for Obfuscar.

I have forked this project at https://github.com/lextm/obfuscar, and any patch 
is welcome.
