[Feature request] Do not disturb option while meditation is ongoing

Would it be practical or possible (to have an option) to activate DND after hitting BEGIN?

Getting notifications/messages while sitting is not exactly the best for my zazen.

Hey, thanks for the input! Yes, this should be easy to add and it's something I'd be happy to do.

In the meantime, if it's helpful to you, consider keeping the phone mostly in dnd mode all the time anyway! I have dnd set so that it also hides all notifications. This is a tip I've read about and has been really enlightening for me: instead of letting notifications disrupt your focus whenever they arrive, check notifications manually by momentarily disabling dnd whenever it suits your workflow.

Anyway, I'll ping you when I've added the dnd setting!

Thanks. I thought about it. The problem is that DND also stops calls, and I need to pick those up! And if I set DND to let calls through, then it won't stop them even during the night. What I do is micromanaging the notifications so that only the important ones come through any time, and I disable notifications from other apps. :)

Anyway, thanks for developing this app! I've been using many along the years, but this one really hits the sweet spot between minimalism and not lacking the essential.

I've published v1.2.0 with the new dnd setting. Feel free to test and let me know if it doesn't work properly. F-droid should pick up the new version eventually but might take a few days. But you can download the apk from the releases page now.

I also have dnd that lets calls through; I just set airplane mode at night!
