Fix miscellaneous bugs #94

Description

Fixes a few bugs that are too small to deserve their own PR:

fullName on IChatCommandComponent doesn't work correctly for deeply nested commands
CommandsPlugin was not correctly handling client start/stop
Compilation script depended on deprecated analyzer elements
Component helpers left components active after returning, leaving components hanging
IInteractionInteractiveContext.respond didn't clear component rows when responding in-place
