Project Template assistant doesnt load entry #5

Hi, im using xcode 1.5 (on panther), i download and install the 0.3.1
plugin, the new file assistant and target templates shows the  csharp as it
should but project assistant doesnt, ive checked the directory Developer
Tools/Project Templates, it has the C Sharp directory in it.

Can you help me... what can i do to make c# working on xcode?

After install csharpplugin in my Leopppard nothing happeneds in my xCode 3.2
