nzbget does not preserve folder structure #142

PAR2 files can be used to store and restore the folder structure. This lets you upload and download things that require a folder structure (such as BluRay discs) without having to RAR them, allowing for significant speed up by skipping the rar-unrar process entirely.

Current behavior:

Expected behavior: Reconstruct the folder structure after downloading

SABnzbd can already do this Here's a test nzb file Liz.and.the.Blue.Bird.2018.1080p.US.Bluray.AVC.DTS-HDMA.5.1.zip

I'll try to fix this with the Par2 library update planned for v25.
