Current Behavior
open freshly installed 24.1 webui click on check for update find testing release click on install.. then during installation even tho nzbget is not running installer says its running with a pop up. then I click on windows key and press on nzbget icon it says nzbget is already running.. It is just not quiting even tho I cant access the webui...so something is running?
Expected Behavior
it should install successfully from stable to testing.
Steps To Reproduce
open freshly installed 24.1 webui click on check for "update" finds "testing 24.2" release click on install.. then during installation even tho nzbget is not running installer says its running with a pop up. then I click on windows key and press on nzbget icon it says nzbget is already running. I clicked on quit nzbget it also didnt quit it seems.
