Alluvial plots showing apathy status at e.g. 2 year intervals

Would probably want to split into:

• Never apathetic
• Remission
• Apathetic
• No follow up at x years / deceased
• Apathy status unknown?

Have used the networkD3 package to produce Sankey/alluvial diagrams (to track patients moving through our amyloid PET project). Potential additions / refinements:

• Plot as a function of years since diagnosis, rather than baseline. Alternatively, plot for a subset of subjects who were enrolled within a short (e.g. < 4 year) period of diagnosis. Basically, want to remove the very large discrepancy in progression across subjects from the current plot (if possible).
• Indicate numbers of subjects (or errorbars?) on the normalised prevalence plots.

However, this can wait until after running initial models, as these may be a good way of illustrating specific progression-type terms.
