Locating and highlighting a particular segment in PDF #69

1. Generate and persist PDF documents (1 per segment) out of a Latex source 
file with injected 'framed' and 'pdfsync' packages.
2. Extract the start page number for the segment from the pdfsync file.
3. Given a segment's URI, display the PDF with the segment shaded and scroll to 
its start page number.
