Reject Virtuoso as an RDF store in favour of Sesame embedded store for developing & testing #78

1. Revise the 'virtuoso-dao' project:
- merge with the Virtuoso Ontology project
- use Sesame's interfaces to connect to an RDF store

2. Revise the 'full-text' project:
- Delete the project
- Re-implement full text indexing on of the LuceneSail machinery for Sesame.

Advantages: - use a local RDF store instance for developing;
- take out the current buggy code for working with a store..
