Bug with titles #79

If a document does not contain 'title' arXMLiv annotation related to metadata, 
the extraction method wrongly associates 'document' annotation with the first 
existing title, which leads to conversion (see e.g. a document with a key 
'ivm17')

Solution: check if the 'title' is contained by another, more specific, document 
part.
