Consider refactoring to 4 modules only #89

3 modules:
1) MOCASSIN-CRAWL (all functionality concerning crawling, parsing, indexing)
2) MOCASSIN-RDF ("rdfizing" crawled data or publishing as LOD)
3) MOCASSIN-SEARCH (semantic search views - more efficient application-aware 
indexes on top of RDF data)
4) MOCASSIN-FRONTEND (web user interface; dashboard)

Current modules-candidates for merging into the proposed module, respectively:

1) mocassin-parser, mocassin-ui (partly), mocassin-arxiv
2) mocassin-ontology, mocassin-analyzer, mocassin-nlp
3) mocassin-ui (partly)
4) mocassin-ui
