implement Grid Style Sheets for Home and Mapplot tabs so the map heightwill adjust to size of browser so no scroll bar will be needed.

Shiny has an API for the javascript library Grid Style Sheets. See advanced Shiny webinar for more info

CSS has been added that will adjust the height on the map based on the browser height so no scroll bar will show (unless other things besides the map are longer). No Grid Style Sheets were used
