Adding and deleting lessons does not show lesson deleted #3

While adding and deleting lessons, the lessons added or deleted are not shown in the results panel, only the person added to. Making it difficult to ensure the correct lesson has been added or deleted especially with deletion being indexed based.

Accepted but downgraded.

The student's details appear on the right after adding/deleting a lesson. This can help the user verify the details.

Therefore this feels like a cosmetic nice-to-have instead.
