Sanity checks #5

  1. Check that the all mapping names are in the data set.
  2. Check that all data set names are in the mapping.
  3. Create an error report per output CSV.

Added a report of all mapping issues, for example: https://github.com/nzo-il/data-acquisition/blob/master/outputs/2019/01_2019.report
