Add encoding support for edited card names #3

Could you please add support for edited card names when re-encoding with code_talker.exe?

I managed to recreate the CARD_NAMES_J.bin file for all my edited card names, but don't know how to proceed with modifying the offsets in CARD_Indx_J.bin.
