Install ffmpeg on a recent Mac #8

Hi!

Thanks for your work! I think you should update your readme file. With the latest Mac chips, it can be tricky to install ffmpeg for some users (like me). The brew command does not work. This tutorial helped me: https://mac.install.guide/homebrew/zsh-command-not-found-brew

I may try to bundle the ffmpeg binary inside as I did with Windows version. I'll add this in my TODO list and reach you with a pre-release for you to validate if you are ok.

I can't be for sure that ffmpeg will be detected. I need your confirmation
