PATH_TO_TOOLS as env var, fixes in Readme #5

We don't really like to edit a file inside a repo 😸 env var is better choice as well for automation in this case. Aside that, updated and fixed (headers) in README file.

This wasn't tested as I don't have time for that, so please do it before accepting!!

Added few more changes, fixes etc... tested - it's working for me.
