How can I clone NXP LPC1549JBD100 to a blank MCU. I need it to replace on my RC GL300 main board. Any help will be appreciated.

I don't know if it is possible to flash the firmware by soldering a blank chip directly, if possible, flash it with a new firmware package.

Sorry, no idea.

The app part, you can get from FW update. But for most chips, DJI uses custom bootloaders. These are not included in updates. So dumping the old chip entirely is probably the only way.
