I have also viewed videos by others and works with no issues I can only conclude that maybe the py command has been changed a bit. I have looked at the help file and tired it a couple different ways but can not get it to run.

Hello I am using the following command below as show by others that have successfully ran it
py comm_og_sevice_tool.py com6 WM160 GimbalCalib JointCoarse
