Both Mini 3 Pro and Mavic 3 can't be calibrated with Python. Does anyone know how to calibrate them?

I have the same issue with the Mavic Mini 2. I have heard that only tools running DJI VPN will do it. This feels like a direct blow to the right to repair and should be illegal. I am currently fighting with DJI but not getting anywhere.

what was the fix?

i've replaced cable but unsure if i need to replace entire housing - before cable replaced, the drone was reading "Gimbal stuck" and after replacement it now has the Calibration error 40011

should the gimbal move/power at all after the drone arms even if not calibrated?
