A figure of the pipeline topology is theoretically a requirement for submission to WorkflowHub. Also, it would look cool. Such a figure can be generated with snakemake --dag | dot -Tsvg > dag.svg, but the default configuration results in a very cluttered figure. Maybe a figure can be produced from a simplified version of the pipeline.
