Change First Sitemap File to sitemap.xml #2

Change first sitemap file from sitemap-1.xml to sitemap.xml

This is for the benefit of sites that have less than 50,000 pages and will only have one sitemap file

Thanks for the useful library. I made a change that created the first sitemap page to not have a number. So instead of sitemap-0.xml it would only be sitemap.xml.

Feel free to close this if you don't want it. Just figured I would share in case you found it useful.
