Allow for queuing of requested pages that result in 404 #29

Currently the returned 404 error page does not allow for this, see: 
RequestHandler.cs SendErrorPage().

I think this was for when you click on a page that is in the cache, but
cached somehow as a 404 error page. Does this ever still happen? If not,
then it may be obsoleted.

As for Issue 8, I don't think is happening any more.

So I am closing it. If I'm wrong, it can still be reopened...
