Make 'Give Kudos to all' box less naggy #4

Rather than having a box that hovers over the entire page, let's incorporate it into the current design. Because the sidebar doesn't scroll with you down the page, unhook the 'Give Kudos' box from the sidebar and fix it to the top of the browser when the sidebar scrolls out of view. kudos

A few users did not like this change, so now it's back at the top, sorry for the disruption folks
