Rename NWR to Chrome-Js #37

Today it hit me that NWR is a really bad name and since what this project is all about is chrome automation (and controlling chrome from JS) it makes a lot more sense to call it Crome-JS (or chrome.js).

Since the npm domain is available, I think it will be a good move
