Update licensing

• [x] add reference to https://aip.scitation.org/doi/abs/10.1109/MCSE.2009.19 in docs, make a recommendation there?
  • [ ] discuss adding a "RSS" pre-selection to the UI, following the papers guidelines on selecting the license
