STAC collection output format (or OGC API - Features) #133

Save the results of an extraction in a format compatible with STAC collection or OGC API - Features. The output might not be fully compliant, but could be integrated (with all the other metadata) into a full STAC collection document (or metadata is provided through a template file?).
