Show a warning in create view when I cannot save #129

It is possible to open an ERC in the "create" view, even if not logged in. This could be problematic if authors do not realise they are not logged in:

Maybe we can show a warning in the create view if the user is not logged in and not viewing an ERC that she can actually edit?

@NJaku01 Does it make more sense to not allow users to open the create view when they are not logged in?
