Development updates #100

Implements a few parsing features and also adds test infrastructure. Not yet tested together with muncher.

@7048730 There is one failing test where I would welcome your help, you have thought more about the path handling. The curious thing is that it works differently for mainfile and displayfile, maybe it could be worth using the same mechanism to handle both cases when basedir is given.

I'm going to merge this because we need the dev image on Docker Hub. Bug is noted in #101
