switch to Debian base image #67

Makes installation a log easier (or possible: netCDF is not available for Alpine), at the price of a larger image.

Right, the image will become considerably larger. But since we're not actively using the image ourselves at the moment, the larger image should work for the two use cases: (a) easy trying out the tool for interested users, and (b) trigger upstream builds on Docker Hub.

As a note for later: There is an image out there building netCDF from source, if we want to tackle this again in the future: https://github.com/mhros/netcdf

Image size is now over 400 MB. Anyways, the build works:

We now also have build tags for the hashes, including the current dev branch.
