5e4d025 issues with the label "blocked: tokei" are now exempted from stale.

https://github.com/XAMPPRocky/tokei/pull/982 nushell was added to tokei a while ago :p

as for the logo, their only nushell ascii art i can think of is Ellie:

Nushell is available in the latest prerelease, but it's not available in the currently latest stable release.
