请问taro-ui必须搭配taro才能使用么？我注意到taro的官网上目前还未支持react native，那么taro-ui目前可以用在react-native上么？

@floyd-li 目前是必须搭配 taro 才能使用，未来需要看 taro 是否能实现组件原生导出，react-native 目前还未稳定，目前还无法使用

这边我试了一下，不支持，tao-ui module无法resolve
