I installed 23.10.1 with snapstore, but the error came up as follows, what should I do? As far as I know, there is no release of version 23.10.0.

Please verify if paths in your o3de manifest file are correct. Typically the manifest file is stored under the name ~/.o3de/o3de_manifest.json.

Moreover, I believe Github issues channel of the ROSCon demo is not the right place to solve individual problems with installing and running O3DE. Once again I encourage you to use Docker environment in which everything is configured beforehand.
