Describe the bug Samples > Features > OpenXR and Samples > RHI > OpenXr samples are greyed out. Additionally, there is no information about them on the https://github.com/o3de/o3de-atom-sampleviewer/wiki/Feature-Samples and https://github.com/o3de/sig-graphics-audio/blob/main/testing-guidance/workflow-tests/AtomSampleViewer/ASV_RHI_Worflow_Test.md documentation pages.
This issue also occurs on Windows and on the development (ec385c71c5f853d64f22d4f0bdd23c570b8ffb44) branch.
This issue should be treated as Major priority.
Steps to reproduce
Expected behavior Samples can be opened and have information/test cases on the relevant documentation pages.
Actual behavior Samples are greyed out and have no information on the relevant documentation pages.
