What does this PR do?

Adds option to change spawn-related service names When an object is spawned sets the parent entity.

How was this PR tested?

Tested on external project and blank template project from o3de-extras

You can always set a PR to draft when not ready to merge. I would also suggest a rebase before opening a PR. Even a draft PR. You might also want to use your fork for work-in-progress code.
