Documentation component of https://github.com/o3de/o3de/issues/2778: Remove any references to level.cfg in the documentation.

I'm brand new but I think I might be able to do this one. It looks like I just need to go in those two files and remove the references to level.cfg - If that's correct I'd love to help :)

Yes, please feel free to make a pull request. If you want to understand how the contribution workflows goes, we have contributor documentation.

Thanks for the opportunity to work on this. I didn't realize it when I said I could do it, but I am not quite ready to work on this issue. I had some issues installing git and am going to choose to pause and come back to the problem another week, once I've done some more of the leg work of git tutorials etc. You can leave this one open for someone else to work on and when I'm ready I'll drop back by and see if there are any issues I could work on.

We don't have infrastructure to assign issues but if you need help with setup, you're welcome to join the Discord and ask questions there.

Thanks. Ill hold off for now as I kind of skipped a few steps in my plan because I was excited about open source. When Im ready Ill come back and find an issue. Thanks for the kind offer of help
