The Setup from GitHub page mentions two different build types: source-engine and pre-built SDK engine. These two terms are important and used throughout the docs. They are only introduced in the Getting Started section, but I think we should consider putting it in the User Guide as well.
Another terminology introduced with docs for building releases is monolithic and non-monolithic. These are two different layouts that you can build the engine in.
Update Configure and Build page to describe both build types, and both build layouts.
