[SITE][FEATURE] A button to go back to the o3de.org main page. #1167

Suggestion: Link to go to the o3de.org website can be tucked into the hamburger. Currently, there is no way to go back to the main page o3de.org. image

This issue is major, but not a blocker.

We had a discussion with SIG UI UX about whether or not to have a button to go back to the main page, and where to put it. See discussion here: https://discord.com/channels/805939474655346758/816043761687068712/910612262526545920 However, sig-ui-ux did not come to a clear decision on how to address it at this time.

As an immediate solution, users can go back to the home page by entering the address in their browser or by clicking the logo at the bottom of each page.
