[DOCS] As a dev I want FlexMatch Support Doc to Explain FlexMatch #1516

Describe the issue briefly

O3de.org has a FlexMatch Support page but no explanation of FlexMatch.

Acceptance Criteria: 1) Link to AWS Flexmatch Home page 2) Small description of Flexmatch 3) Small description of why I'd want to use Flexmatch.

For an AWS-specific feature, for an AWS-specific Gem. Requires some re-review from the SIG to determine if the issue should be accepted publicly or passed back to AWS for internal handling.
