[ISSUE][DOCS] Missing Windows redistributable file referenced in the AWS GameLift Gem packaging document #1574

Describe the issue

In the AWS GameLift Gem packaging document, developers are guided to copy the Windows redistributable file into their server package, but this file is not shipped with O3DE any more. Developers are expected to download it directly from https://aka.ms/vs/17/release/vc_redist.x64.exe going forward.

Need to update docs to add link and verify instructions are accurate for downloading the file.
