[ISSUE][DOCS] Missing a reference of Python Console commands #1649

Describe the issue

The help button ("?") in the lower left of the O3DE Python Console is supposed to link to a reference of Python Console commands, but instead it opens to the Scripting overview page.

We need a reference of commands on the O3DE website - perhaps in the Appendix of the User Guide.

Once we have a reference, an issue can be created in the O3DE source repo to update the link in the help button.

If we intend to use automation, should be an RFC (potentially combined with C++ reference)
