[ISSUE][DOCS] o3debinaries.org/download/ pages have multiple formatting issues #1818

Describe the issue

There are multiple multiple formatting issues on the https://o3debinaries.org/download/windows.html, and https://o3debinaries.org/download/linux.html pages:

Install Open 3D Engine for text is bolded on Linux, but not on Windows page.
The tabs of the pages do not have icons, while o3de.org pages have an O3DE logo.
Windows download page tab reads "Open 3D Engine - Windows 10 Installer Download" - should read "Open 3D Engine - Windows Installer Download" instead, as it can be installed on Windows 11 as well.

This repo is not for o3debinaries.org, which is strictly owned by the Linux Foundation. @o3de/lf - Please set up a channel for reporting bugs for o3debinaries.org and close this issue when you do.
