Such a tutorial can be found in ROSConDemo repository, but it is seriously outdated due to multiple changes in the RobotImporter over the last year.

This tutorial from ROSConDemo repository will be removed in https://github.com/o3de/ROSConDemo/pull/272, as it is seriously outdated. Moreover, it is very difficult to find such tutorials in the demo repositories and such tutorials should rather be kept in the documentation website.
