[SITE][FEATURE] Add a dark theme to the O3DE Documentation #983

Describe the feature you'd like available on the website

Currently, there's no dark theme available directly on the O3DE Documentation (https://o3de.org/docs/). More and more sites start to include this feature and it can be quite difficult for the user, after cycling through other dark themed pages to readjust to the light white-blue theme that the O3DE Documentation has.

Proposed implementation

Add a toggle button to the page that switches between the current theme and a dark theme.
