Describe the bug
Closing the Lua Editor that is connected to the Editor and relaunching it, causes the Editor connection Target to not be available for about a minute.
It should be noted that this issue does not occur on Windows.
This issue also occurs on Development (0c6724e) build.
Prerequisites
A project with Remote Tools Connection Gem enabled.
Steps to reproduce
Go to Tools > Lua Editor.
Click the Target: None button and choose Editor (id) from the dropdown.
Close the Lua Editor.
Repeat steps 1 and 2.
Expected behaviorEditor (id) option is immediately available in the dropdown of connection.
Actual behaviorEditor (id) option shows up after about a minute.
Discussed in sig-simulation, moving to @o3de/sig-content as the Lua Editor is under their purview. For any scripting issues @LB-ArturZieba please assign to sig-content. Thanks!
