Update precompiled shader DiffuseProbeGridRender.azshader
Add copy of View and Scene SRG to DiffuseProbeGridRenderPass
Update diffuseprobegridquery and diffuseprobegridvisualizationraytracing precompiled shaders
Add SceneAndView shader to DiffuseGridFeature

Cherry-pick #17983 from stabilization/2409
