Remove docs.o3de.org subdomain #83

The docs.o3de.org subdomain was created at the start of O3DE, and it is no longer used. The official domain is now o3de.org/docs. We must remove the docs.o3de.org domain and any links that point to it. To prevent any misdirects, docs.o3de.org should redirect to o3de.org/docs.
