Make sure azslc repo is well integrated into sig-graphics-audio processes. https://github.com/o3de/o3de-azslc

Does it have the right maintainers? Does it have the right permissions? (I was able to push directly to the main repo, didn't have to fork it).

In reponse to feeback from sig members:

Move the "issue triage" meeting to Wednesdays, and make it optional to technical contributors as this will be more of an administrative meeting.
Repurpose the Wednesday weekly meeting as a technical discussion meeting so technical contributors can share ideas, discuss progress on features, ask technical questions, etc. More like a "standup" meeting.

@dmcdiarmid-ly To post a PR about rolling back DGI default irradiance settings, and provide per-project customization for this property.
